Purpose of the Training:
The aim of the training is to provide the necessary knowledge and skills to conduct and manage effective Food Safety Management System audits in accordance with ISO 22000:2018 and ISO 19011 requirements. The workshops in the training content allow the participant to learn the audit process not only verbally but also by applying it.
Target Audience:
Managers who will ensure the effective establishment and implementation of ISO 22000 Food Safety Management System in organisations, employees involved in the execution of ISO 22000 Food Safety Management System, auditors and auditor candidates, consultants.
Participation Prerequisite:
Although there is no prerequisite for participation in this training, it is recommended that participants have previously received ISO 22000 Basic Training.

40 hours (5 days)

- Food safety terminology
- Food safety management system
- Audit concept, types and resource requirements
- Auditor responsibilities and duties
- Explanation of the auditor’s role in planning, conducting, reporting and monitoring an audit
- Questioning, interviewing, audit findings, reporting
- Supervisory psychology and managing challenges
- Non-conformity detection, classification
- Follow-up activities
- Examination
Certificate:
In order to be eligible for a certificate, at least 80% of the training must be attended. In order to receive a certificate of achievement, a passing grade (at least 50% from each part of the four-part exam, 63 points out of 90 in total) must be obtained from the written exam at the end of the training. Participants who do not succeed in the exam have the right to a free second exam. A certificate of participation will be issued for our participants who cannot meet the success criteria.
